The recital room makes an ideal location for recordings or outside broadcasts using our Steinway model B. Artists are welcome to bring their own recording equipment, or we can recommend an external production company.
Accommodation
and communal space
The Coach House is packed full of original 18th century features, and has been sensitively restored to offer stylish accommodation in eight boutique hotel style double bedrooms. There’s a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a library and large private garden. There also the option to hire the Old Dairy which has its own kitchen facilities and can accommodate another 4 guests.
When piano courses are not running, there is the option to hire the spacious cellar area of the manor house at Finchcocks. The cellar has a large central atrium which can be used for courses, recitals, meetings or classes, and it is surrounded by vaults which can be used for private study or break-out sessions. There’s also a comfortable seating area and a chef on-hand to provide drinks, canapes and dinner.

by our in-house chef
Our very talented private chef is on hand to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of your stay.
