Food

cooked by our in-house chef

Breakfast is a leisurely affair and served from 8am in the Coach House. There’s a good selection of freshly baked croissants, pain aux raisins and pain au chocolate, yoghurt, granola and fruit as well as gallons of freshly brewed filter coffee and juices to get things going.

Courses normally begin at 9.15am, but we’re not too strict about timing, so if it takes a bit longer for everyone to get organised in the morning, that is fine with us.

Dinner is a social and gastronomic highlight of our courses. All food and wine is included in the cost of the courses.

All of our food is cooked from scratch by our very own chef and as much of it as possible is locally sourced.

White wine and canapes accompany the evening seminar, and at weekends the dinners are three courses. Mid-week dinners are two course, leading up to a belter of a three course dinner on the last night!

In addition to lunches and dinners, coffee is served in the morning (after the workshop session), and coffee and cake is served in the afternoon. Unlimited still and sparkling water are available throughout the course in the fridges in the cellar and the Coach House kitchen.
