Finchcocks Piano Scholarship opens up two more places

Finchcocks opens up two more places on their Piano Scholarship Scheme for piano enthusiasts aged 11-18.

Do you teach a child who shows musical promise but is currently unable to access music tuition?

Thanks to this year’s fundraising efforts, Finchcocks Piano is offering a year’s scholarship of piano tuition (up to 30 half hour lessons over the course of one academic school year) for two more children of secondary age who would love to learn the piano.

Rio Sofia with her teacher Jonathan Winter

“Malachi has completed six of the ten lessons funded by the scholarship program. These lessons have been focused on developing technique, enhancing repertoire, and building musical confidence.

Overall, he has shown great dedication and enthusiasm for his music, with a strong passion for both performance and composition. With continued focus and structured practice, he is well on his way to achieving his musical goals.”

~ Malachi’s piano teacher, Luke Ayrton
